The Centrality of the Resurrection

How would you explain the gospel? Many people state, “Christ died for my sins.” And I say you’re right, yet it’s incomplete. If that was the gospel in whole then we’d stop on Good Friday with the crucifixion. The reality is the gospel hinges not only on the death of Christ, but on his resurrection. Today we celebrate that He is Risen because if he isn’t then there is no gospel!
