A Psalm of Presence

Think about your typical Sunday mornings at church. Sometimes, there are times when everyone is awake, excited, and looking forward to worship. Other times, no one wants to get out of the house, the beach is calling, or maybe the kids are acting up. Hopefully, more often we are like the psalmist of today’s reading. We can’t wait to worship. We look forward to dynamic preaching. Today we’ll look at what excites the psalmist about going to the temple. The main reason is its where God is present.
