Pursuit

Often, we look at the books of the Bible and see them as a collection of stories about a variety of characters. As we start our look at the Book of Jonah, we ask, “What is this book about?” You might answer, “it’s the story with the guy in the belly of the fish.” Technically you would be right, but the story of Jonah is so much more. It’s the story of God’s relentless pursuit of his glory and his people.
