Why is this day called “Good Friday”? Charles Spurgeon gives a clear insight, “the marvel of heaven and earth, of time and eternity, is the atoning death of Jesus Christ. This is the mystery that brings more glory to God than all creation.” So today, we will explore this and try to gain a greater understanding of why this is such a significant event.
